Most spectators have never seen a professional Magician in person. The difference from seeing something on TV, as opposed to , up close, in your hands is dramatic.
Typical reactions from groups are laughing, expletives, running away. In short, they are stunned at seeing something the "know" can't happen.
There are two ingredients which make for a successful performance. Technical skill is essential. It literally takes countless hours of practice to attain a professional level of expertise. One of magic's bigest secrets is you will not see the technical skills.
Just as important as technique is having a persona/charisma to interact with the many personalities attending an event. These two qualities will ensure an entertaining performance. (only one is insufficient.)

My clients expect a 5 star performance. I will go over every detail of an event to ensure that I am the "right fit" for your event. Again,please take a few minutes to see me perform for real people, in the real world.

We provide two styles of entertainment...The Strolling/Walk Around Magician and the Intimate Parlor show. If you are not certain which style will suit your event, feel free to contact for a no "pressure" consultation.
(Truly no pressure, nobody wins if I try to "sell" you a service that is not suitable for your event.)

The Magical entertainment is geared for adults, but be assured it is clean comedy, and no one is ever embarrassed. At events where children are in attendance, there is always some entertainment for them as well.

No equipment is necessary. When I perform, I don't even need a table. Quite often I use the spectators hands to assist in the Magic. I need a few sips of water, ( I talk a lot.) but I don't think that's a technical requirement.
One less thing for you to worry about. I arrive and entertain,... simple as that.
