Magician Aaron Vermeer grew up on a farm in the small community of Sterling Nebraska where he learned his first card trick from a friend while attending elementary school. But it would be a few more years before the “Magic Bug” would bite and he would get the chance to focus on magic as a craft.

Then while on a ski trip to Colorado, Aaron walked into his first magic shop and witnessed the art of magic close up and personal. From then on things would never be the same. Aaron began to focus on his new love and performed his first show in May 1993.

Magician Aaron Vermeer has since achieved many accomplishments and credits. In 1996 and 1997 he won “Best of Show” at the Hawaii Regional Talent Competition presented by the U.S. Air Force.

In 1998, Aaron was voted “Most Original Magic Act” by his peers at the Hawaii Wonder Workers World Magic Convention. In 1999 he returned and won second place in the adult division for his close-up act.

Over the years, Aaron’s magic has taken him around the world performing in many different nations such as France, Italy, Japan, Thailand, Okinawa, Spain, Turkey, Mexico, South Korea and Guam.

Magician Aaron Vermeer has performed for the U.S. Military, Special Olympics Hawaii, Ko’ Olina Resorts, Arcadia Retirement Community, Sacred Hearts Academy, Pizza Hut Corporation, Burger King Corporation, HUGS Hawaii, Honolulu Zoo and many more.
