The Leadership Game Changer

During this 2-3 hour session, participants of 8-12 gather together with Dr. Yam as the facilitator to engage in an interactive communication table game based on leadership principles. This unique team assessment method offers critical feedback for company/team leaders in a non-threatening fun environment.

Dr. Williams aka "Dr. Yam" has more than twenty years of experience as a learning-focused leader to the business and education community. As an internationally certified John Maxwell Team member, she provides coaching, lunch and learns, leadership assessments, masterminds, keynotes and training events. Dr. Yam partners with business communities, locally and nationally that pursue a growth mindset. Her greatest joy is hosting youth development events where kids become aware of their greatness and value to others.

Keynote speaking and training exhibit her passion to add value to others by sharing knowledge; which empowers audiences to launch their dreams and become better individuals, teams, and organizations. As an entrepreneur, she demonstrates that success is done in inches not miles. She continues to grow her consulting firm that serves aspiring solo/entrepreneurs, corporations, and not-for-profit agencies.

Dr. Williams received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Management from Palm Beach Atlantic University, her Master of Arts in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and her Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of Oklahoma.
