" The Lady in Red " show is the association of two European musicians; Jenny Eloise Rieu (Vocalist, Lyricist, Music Composer), who is a native from Paris, France, and Michael Bogomolny, a Russian-Israeli born Pianist and Music Composer.
Michael Bogomolny began playing the piano at age 4 and studied at the Classical School of Music, as well as Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance, he wrote his first piece at age 5.
Together they created the Cabaret show the Lady in Red, a show that pays homage to old Hollywood songs, as well as Jazz Standards and French songs, ranging from the 1920’s to the 1960’s. The band also has personal compositions that reflect their heavy influence from the past eras. Cabaret de L’Obscure has performed at numerous corporate events and venues in Los Angeles, such as M Bar, The Hollywood Studio Bar And Grill, The Paul Gleason Theater, or even The Madison in Long Beach. The band just completed the theme song of the documentary Pastriology, called “Patisserie”, a song that is an Ode to French bakeries, currently available on CD baby for sale.
