The Jen Hoyt Group

The Jen Hoyt Group is proud to offer a collection of top-tier musicians (Manhattan School of Music, Juilliard, NYU, Berklee College of Music). Specializing in vocal jazz that includes American Songbook classics from Bossanova to swing, we are also known to throw in some fun reimagined pop classics. We want to bring what we do best to your event while also including the music you love.

Hailing from Seattle, Washington, Jen graduated Magna Cum Laude from Berklee College of Music with a dual major in Music Business & Vocal Performance. Before graduating, Jen founded and band-lead her own quartet that performed all over New England for the next 10 years. The group focuses on the American Songbook classics as well as reimagined pop arrangements - making a modern and class soundscape for private events, corporate get togethers, or an intimate cocktail party. Aside from her own group, Jen performs in high-end event bands with up to 18+ musicians (agencies: Element Music, Elan Entertainment, Sound Society). Now residing in Brooklyn, NY, Jen works full time as a vocalist and is known for her enthusiasm and warm nature.

All performances booked will include the instrumentation decided upon with client (trio, quartet, etc) as well as professional quality sound equipment (of course including setup breakdown, monitoring of sound, etc). In short, all facets of performance are included with the exception of any additional lighting. Must have access to two 20 amp circuits in a dry or completely covered area if outdoors.
