As a podcast host, author, speaker, and community builder, Jen Hardy is devoted to helping women over 50 discover their full potential and reclaim their power. She is the host of the "Fabulous Over 50" podcast, (formerly Hardy Mom) where she provides actionable tips and advice that will help you level up in your career, relationships, and life. Jen also host the “Medical Gaslighting” podcast, which aims to educate and empower people with chronic illness and pain.

Jen has been honored to co-host Podfest Global in March 2023, as well as speak live at Podfest Expo in January 2023. She has also spoken at Space Coast Podcasters, Craft Content Nashville, and several other venues.

Jen was raised by an entrepreneur and started working in the family business at the age of 12. She’s been blogging since 2015; wrote the book, “The Sick Mom’s Guide to Having Fun Again” in 2017; and started the “Fabulous Over 50” Podcast in 2018. In 2022 she published three 5-year journals; one for business owners to build their success, one for those on a quest for happiness; and one for moms with chronic illness. She looks forward to bringing her energy and excitement to your event!
