-able to draw from reference photos that guests may have on their phones

-Words, sayings, logos and dates can be added to images as well.
-All drawings are hand drawn digitally and printed in rich colors .
-Digital caricatures allows for multiple prints of each drawing so that if multiple guest are being drawn each person can receive a copy.
-Guest can also enjoy a monitor showing their drawing being made live at the event for added entertainment!

I am a face painter and caricature/fine artist and I have been doing this for a little over 8 years . I started off as a face painter and was at many events including School events! I Have so much fun face painting I decided to further my artistic party abilities . Now as a caricature artist, face painter, body painter, fine artist, and sip n paint instructor I enjoy going to many different parties and looking forward to a party every weekend lol being a entertainer for parties with my art has allowed me to express myself and meet many different amazing people from all different walks of life!

CARICATURE NOTES AND TECHNICAL INFO:
-We provide our own lighting.
-Access to an electrical outlet is required.
-leveled ground Such as grass, sidewalk, or indoors is required to have stable drawings. Please no slopes, uphill or downhill slanted set up locations.
-A 6 foot by 6 foot leveled ground work space for the caricature artist as well as guest .
Space and Chairs: The customer shall provide a minimum 6'6' ft leveled space as well as 2 chairs for the guest to sit in. Please ensure that the reserved space is not directly next to a speaker.
Equipment and Supplies: The customer shall provide an electrical outlet for the artist's equipment .
- Damages: The customer may be held liable for any damages or theft of the artist's supplies during the event.
- Points of contact: Please provide an additional 2-3 points of contact as well as their phone numbers should the artist have any questions and the customer is not available.

SERVICE LIMITATIONS:
-Completion: While the artist will strive to complete as many guests as possible, there is no guarantee that every guest will receive individual/group drawings.
- Tip Jar:The artist may display a tip jar for optional and appreciated tips.
Break: The artist may require a 10-minute break after every 2 hours of service to reset equipment and address basic human needs if services required extend past 2 hours.
Backup: Artist will bring traditional paper for black and white caricature supplies as backup in case of technical errors.
Business cards: The artist will display their own business cards.

INDEMNIFICATION:

The customer shall indemnify and hold Melanie of "The Illustration Destination LLC" harmless against any claims, losses, or costs regarding this agreement.

FACE PAINT NOTES AND TECHNICAL INFO:
- A 4ft by 4ft space on leveled ground is required for the face paint work station
- We kindly ask that all pets be kept away from the face paint area for hygienic purposes **Procedure and Notices**:
- Customers are requested to allow 5-8 minutes for the face paint to fully dry. It is essential to avoid touching, rubbing, or applying fabric/masks over the painted face, as well as exposure to water or other liquids, as this may cause smearing.
- Services will be provided at the location specified.
- Children must be supervised by an adult guest of the event at all times. The face painter is not responsible for the wellbeing of any child.
- To maintain paint integrity and hygiene, please reserve a clean area, free of pets and away from food, for the painter to work. The reserved area should be approximately 4ft by 4ft wide and on leveled ground. Indoor locations are preferred; in case of doubt about the suitability of an area, please provide images for approval.
- The face painter will provide a small table and chair.
- The Customer may be held liable for any damage or theft of the face painter's supplies during the event.
- A tip jar will be displayed; tips are optional and greatly appreciated.
- Business cards will be displayed.
- Point of contact(s)- should the original customer not be available on the day of the event they agree to appoint a “point of contact(s)” to handle all business affairs in their place. This point of contact is held to the same responsibilities as the customer themselves as the artist deems them equal to the customer. The customer is responsible for sharing a copy of this agreement to the point of contact(s) of their choosing.
- After 2 hours of face painting, the Artist may have a 10-15 minute break for reorganization and any basic human needs if services exceed 2 hours.
- Should the date, time, or location be changed, additional fees could possibly be charged at the artist's discretion should the artist be able to accommodate.
- A virtual QR code will be present for the guests to scan. This will hold their place in line and allow them to receive a text when it is their turn.
- The Artist will use professional face paint/body paint supplies that are safe for the skin. However, it is essential to note that individuals may have varying skin sensitivities, and although the supplies used are safe and FDA-approved (TAG body paint, Snazaroo, and Diamond FX body paint), possible allergic reactions may occur. The Artist, Melanie, and The Illustration Destination LLC cannot be held accountable for such reactions.
- The face paint may last up to 8 hours and can be removed with a wet washcloth using warm water or baby wipes.
-children under 3 are not recommended to receive face paint due to skin sensitivity .
The customer shall indemnify and hold Melanie of "The Illustration Destination LLC" harmless against any claims, losses, or costs regarding this agreement.
