We are The Huixqui Sisters - pronounced "whiskey" - an acoustic vocal duet accompanied by guitar and keys. We create custom arrangements of our favorite songs, with a vocal blend only achieved by sisters and vocal precision setting us apart from others. Our professional training allows us to adapt easily to a variety of musical genres including pop, folk, latino, jazz, and oldies.

April 23, 2023Played a neighborhood block party event. Even though temps were in the low 50s, provided a great performance and music style was perfect for family friendly event. Very easy to work with and the communication prior to the event was clear and responsive.

Whether you have a particular song list in mind for your special event, or if you prefer, leave the song choices to us, we can offer background music that will elevate the ambience of any event.
We have our own sound equipment and instruments. We will need access to an electrical outlet. We will need an area of 7ft by 7ft for set-up depending on which instruments you choose to hire. The keyboard takes up extra space so if you select only vocals and guitar we can use a smaller space.
Set up and sound check takes about 45 minutes and tear down takes about 15 minutes. This hour is included in our pricing.
