Overview
The Hogmires are a local Bluegrass duo (guitar, mandolin) playing Chicagoland venues for 10 years. We often flex our arrangement to include a bass, fiddle, and banjo to accommodate different venues and events. We love playing a wide variety of American music, ranging from traditional bluegrass to folk, blues, old time fiddle tunes, and jam bands. We play with a great groove, sharp instrumentals, and smooth vocals at quiet cocktail hours, boisterous parties, and everything in between. We’d love to play for you!

Response from The Hogmires:
Thanks so much! Appreciate you all.
Hired the Hogmires for my fundraiser. Showed up on time, with their own equipment and overall they were very friendly and professional. Loved their warm, bright sound and they had a pretty chill vibe. My audience liked them and they didn’t repeat songs once, even after an hour of playing. Worth the money. I saw them play in a brewery recently and they were great which is why I hired them. Apr ‘24
