The Henna Hut

Great addition to the fair! My family and I go to rutland may days every year, and the first year the henna hut was there my daughter was so excited. Since then, she always goes back to their booth at the fair and gets the same rainbow, glittery butterfly tattoo for her.

My girlfriend and I were at Naramata fair and both got glu-tattoos done at the henna hut's booth. They had signs with so many different designs- in the end I chose one off the boards and my girlfriend got a custom tattoo done (she wants to get a real tattoo soon so she had the artist do something similar). Their artists were really friendly and I couldn't believe how quickly they finished our tattoos. Awesome business!

I saw a poster for the henna hut at the prenatal clinic in Penticton and thought it would be so cool to get henna done to celebrate my pregnancy. They were super flexible and came right to my home with all their supplies. The artist was so friendly and the whole experience was fantastic! We went through her book of designs together so that she could get a sense of what I wanted, and then she did a total custom design with flowers and birds and it was exactly what I envisioned! Plus, she finished the huge, intricate henna in under an hour so the appointment was only $75. The Next day I had a baby shower and had the best time showing off the belly blessing to my girlfriends- one of them has a daughter and after seeing my henna they booked a birthday party with the henna hut for her as well. In the end the tattoo was super dark and lasted almost a month!

Larissa, the owner of The Henna Hut and one of the company's talented artist, came to my home and gave myself and my brides maids absolutely beautiful mehndi!! She was so detailed, precise, and actually surprisingly FAST! The henna was deep and dark, and everyone was thrilled.

The next day, Larissa and another artist from The Henna Hut came and set up a booth to tattoo the guests at our wedding party. We had over 300 guests and everyone who wanted a tattoo was able to have one, and we only had the artists there for 3 hours! They did amazing work, despite having done hundreds of tattoos, and were so professional. They even brought free cards with henna instructions that each guest was given.

I would recommend Larissa and The Henna Hut to any bride or for any event- they are talented artists, professional, efficient, and have totally reasonable rates.
