Perfect amount of the "mean one"

The kids were ecstatic, nervous, upset, thrilled and happy- in that order! Our Grinch was perfect. He snuck around the house and got in and took our presents. We had a brave soul who went after him and got them back. In the end, The Grinch was a great friend maker and play partner to the kids. He did his job and made our event memorable!
