The Gold Souls are bringing the driving grooves of funk, the rich textures of soul, and the compelling storytelling of the blues to the Nor Cal scene and beyond. Drawing from a variety of influences and experiences, they deliver fresh arrangements over a vintage sound. Their mix of classic covers (including one of the best versions of "Use Me" you'll ever hear) and captivating originals fuels an extremely entertaining showcase of talent. Led by the dynamic vocal range and mesmerizing presence of Juniper Waller, the group leaves audiences little choice but to surrender to their spell.

What to expect
The Gold Souls always show up in style, dressed to the nines and ready to impress with the perfect musical addition to your event. If it's a funky dance party you want, that is their specialty. But with an extensive repertoire of originals and covers, they can fit into any type of party, from laid back afternoons on the patio to late night barn ragers. With backgrounds in soul, blues, funk, neo-soul, jazz, and rock, The Gold Souls appeal to many sensibilities and expereiences.
About
The Gold Souls are bringing the driving grooves of funk, the rich textures of soul, and the compelling storytelling of the blues to the Northern California scene. With the dynamic Juniper Waller at the helm, the band combines their many influences to create a unique sound that rings true to the idioms that inspire them.
They released a self- titled five song EP in May of 2017 and went on tour down the California coast soon after. Their next single, “Nobody,” was released in late 2017 and was featured on Apple Music Blues’ Hot Tracks list.
They released their full length album “Good To Feel” in June of 2018. Their next single, “True Blue” was produced/engineered by multi-Grammy winner Timothy Bloom and was released in February of 2019. The Gold Souls are now working on their sophomore album to be released in 2020, while recently releasing their latest single “Strongman”
