These chicks rock! The Gingers are an all-female fronted, redheaded, Chicago based classic rock band who put on an entertaining and energetic rock show. The band delivers a lively-fun-loving and high-energy performance that keeps audiences engaged and rockin’ along - no matter the age group. Their high-energy arsenal is filled with the greatest 70's & 80's rock songs audiences know and love. Songs traditionally testosterone-fueled, but from female rockers' perspective. Covering: Zeppelin, ACDC, Foreigner, Boston, Motley Crue, Deep Purple, Sabbath, Heart, Rush, Whitesnake, Thin Lizzy, Joe Walsh, Bad Company, Foghat, BTO, REO, BOC, Molly Hatchet, Styx, Night Ranger, Poison, T-Rex and more!
The Northwest 4th Fest (Hoffman Estates), has hired this high energy group of 4 women and John the drummer, for the last 3 years. Whether I have heard them at outdoor fests, or indoors, they engage their audiences and put on a great show.

What to Expect
An audience with The Gingers will be entertained by four redheaded female rockers plus a cool dude drummer putting on a fun, lively, energetic rock show! The band genuinely has fun performing - which is absolutely contagious to an audience of any age. Some may be skeptical to see females playing songs that were originated by male 70's & 80's classic rock and hair bands - but not to worry! When it's showtime folks instantly transform into believers saying "These chicks rock!"
"These chicks rock!” is the reaction you hear when The Gingers hit the stage! Their high-energy
arsenal is filled with the greatest rock covers sprinkled with playful surprises. Their rough edge
tackles traditionally testosterone-fueled tunes and is nicely bookended with plenty of layer-cake
harmonies and melodic favorites that audiences know and love.
Each of the front-line women of The Gingers, along with their rock solid “guy drummer”, have a
road-tested performance history around the Chicago festival and club music scene. Their genuine
love for fun is contagious! “The Gingers Rock!”
