Since 1992, Eliminator has been bringing the sound and swagger of ZZ Top to stages across the country. Based in Chicago, we've spent more than three decades perfecting that Texas blues-rock boogie, from the gritty tone and the tight, groove-heavy rhythm section to the hits everyone knows and the deep cuts real fans love.

Our show is built to get a room moving. Expect "La Grange," "Sharp Dressed Man," "Legs," "Gimme All Your Lovin'," "Tush," "Cheap Sunglasses," and more, played with the energy and musicianship these songs deserve. We can deliver a full two-hour show (115 minutes plus an encore) or tailor a set to your event.

Sound

Eliminator is a fully self-contained 3-piece band. We bring all of our own backline, microphones, XLR cables, and DI boxes, so there's nothing for your production team to supply on our end.
We provide a front-of-house signal from our rack through a 15-foot XLR whip, so your sound engineer can plug in quickly and mix from your house PA.
We do not provide a PA system or a front-of-house engineer. A professional house system with an engineer is required.
We run our own in-ear monitors, so no stage wedges or monitor engineer are needed.

Staging

Stage size is flexible. We perform on everything from small club stages to large festival stages, so just send us your dimensions and we'll make it work.
Outdoor stages should be covered to protect the equipment from the weather.

Power

Standard power drops are needed at each microphone stand and at the drum riser.

Lighting

We do not carry lighting or a light show. We perform with the venue's house lighting, and we're happy to provide cues to your lighting designer to help the show flow smoothly.
For evening shows, basic stage lighting is recommended.

Load-In and Soundcheck

Ideally we'd have 60 to 90 minutes for load-in and soundcheck.
We're experienced festival performers and are comfortable working with a 20 to 30 minute changeover when the schedule requires it.

Performance Length

Full show is 115 minutes plus an encore. Shorter sets are available on request.
