I am Jarrod C Porter and I am the CEO and Founder of The Eagle's Camp LLC. We are an international mentoring enterprise designed to equip youth, young professionals, and adults with tools for life. I am an engineer, encourager, entrepreneur, speaker, dream architect, trainer, advisor, life and business strategist, writer, creative artist, and producer. I am passionate about helping others discover the blueprints to the dreams they were created to build. I inspire audiences to dream big, discover their purpose, overcome obstacles, and prepare for the future.

Background and Experience

I have over 6 years of experience in the defense industry working as an Electrical Engineer. I have over 14 years of experience working with and mentoring young people in academic and career development, life skills, personal and professional development, and spiritual enirchment. I have over 3 years of experience tutoring middle, high school, and college students in math. In 2008, I launched The Eagle's Camp LLC to combine my unique gifts and entrepreneurship interests. I have successfully co-operated a beverage service business. I have had the opportunity to travel to Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Morocco, China, Turkey, South Africa, and Brazil as part of a short term missions team to bless other countries and pray for people. I am also an experienced keynote speaker, open mic host, workshop and webinar host, musician, and fashion designer. I have also worked in pool safety, food preparation and sanitization, sales, fundraising, data entry, campus housing operations, and test administration. And I am the creator and overseer of the J DIAMONDTM lifestyle clothing brand.

From and Education

I am a native of Baltimore, Maryland and earned my Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at Morgan State University and my Masters of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at Michigan State University. I currently reside in Southern California.
