Overview
The Dream Tellers are a classic rock-inspired power trio from Oakland. First bonding over a love of the Beatles, multi-instrumentalists Xavier Guerrero, Nicholas Lyon-Wright, and Alex Scot Hall formed the band to share their favorite classic tunes and their own retro-flavored originals. The combination of musical talent, years of training and experience, and a nerdy obsession with detail results in not just faithful recreations of even the hardest rock n’ roll covers, but also polished originals that audiences instantly love. Their live shows are known for their high energy, impressive vocal harmonies, and unexpected instrument swaps that keep the crowd engaged until the last encore.

July 23, 2024Amazing energy
We had the Dream Tellers at our outdoor summer concert and they were SO much fun! They played covers from the 60s, 70s and even a little 90s as well as original music. Their manager made sure everything was seamless leading in to the event and they arrived on time, sound checked quickly and really played to the energy of the crowd - they had people dancing the whole way through! I loved seeing how they could switch instruments throughout the set as well, showing their true skill and talent as musicians. Thank you for making our summer concert so fun and memorable - we got SO many compliments about the band, everyone had a fabulous time! Thank you!!

April 30, 2024Out of this world!
These guys made my party a success. They came right on time, were professional and played really good music! Everybody thoroughly enjoyed themselves and kept asking me how I found such a great band? I am so pleased with them and so grateful that I managed to find them. They even let my husband (the birthday boy) play the drums with them which made him really happy. They knew how to work the crowd, had a great attitude and again just made my party a success! The only other thing to mention is they were very affordable! I'm guessing the prices are going to go up as they gain popularity but for now they were by far the most affordable band I could find.

The day of the event, we will arrive on time and with all equipment needed. We set up and sound check fast, then are ready to rock n' roll at our set start time.
