BIOGRAPHY

Thomas C. Lynch (TL) made his first bold move at the age of nineteen when he left his hometown in Cleveland Ohio to pursue his dreams in the big city of Los Angeles California with only his suitcase, a pillow, and a dream to become successful. With no job, no income, and a lack of confidence in his potential, Thomas eventually stopped pursuing his dreams to work a full time job. 

After fifteen years of discontent in his career choices, running away from his fears, and dealing with a difficult boss, a series of events led Thomas to eventually walk away from his high paying job at one of the top leading entertainment companies in the world to overcome his fears and pursue his dreams. As a result, he became an author, business owner, inspirational speaker, and public speaking trainer.

In 2014, he founded the company Dream2Inspire, LLC. The company's mission is to provide public speaking and communication skills training with a fun interactive approach to help you eliminate fears of public speaking and become a more confident and effective communicator. 

Thomas C. Lynch is an award winning inspirational speaker. He has published two books on Amazon, Kindle, and iBooks titled: ”The Dreamer’s Journey: Push Past Your Fears and Pursue Your Dreams”, and "The Dreamer's Journey Workbook: Push Past Your Fears and Pursue Your Dreams".

As a public speaking trainer, and as someone who has faced the may challenges of public speaking fears, Thomas understands how to help you become a more confident and effective communicator. He provides private trainings and group workshops to help you improve your public speaking skills. He is committed to helping his clients become more confident communicators in their personal and professional lives.

Thomas has coached business professionals, executives, doctors, teachers, authors, actors, aspiring public speakers, and students to improve their public speaking capabilities. As an experienced public speaking professional and motivational speechwriter, Thomas works with individuals to craft stellar presentations and prepares them to deliver memorable and entertaining performances.

Clients seek his help with various speaking projects such as key-note addresses, award acceptances, toasts, pitches, school or business presentations and workshops. Other clients are interested in improving their speaking techniques as classroom instructors, presenters, or when interviewing for a job.
