Dominique is a Southern California raised singer, songwriter, & actress. Her father is Kevin Toney, 2x Grammy-nominated Pianist, Recording Artist, and Composer and her mother is Phyllis Toney, renowned Costume Designer and Wardrobe Supervisor to music royalty such as Diana Ross, Sir Paul McCartney, and Sting.

She graduated from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. In August, 2014 she released her first album "A Love Like Ours". The album made the Top 10 purchased soul albums on Amazon for the month of September 2014. Three singles from the album have played in over 20 radio markets across the country and in the UK. Her latest single “Lonelier With You” is out now, streaming platforms and playing on US Smooth Jazz Radio.

She can be found in various national commercials, including spots for Walmart, McDonald's, the NBA, Payless
Shoes, and BMW. She has been one of the faces of Blue Anthem Blue Shield's campaign for the last 8 years.

Her appearances with her sketch comedy group "Political Subversities" have been featured in the NY Times, Huffington Post, Time Out New York, and MSNBC. You can catch Dominique in the feature film "The Deliverance" by Lee Daniels, starring Andra Day, Monique, and Glenn Close, as well as the remake of "Don't Tell Mom The Babysitters Dead" starring Nicole Richie.

Her vocal trio The Era Queens can be seen on the hit CBS All Access show “Why Women Kill”, created by Marc Cherry (Desperate Housewives) and starring Lucy Liu. You can find Dominique guest starring on TV Shows such as Supergirl (The CW), My Crazy Ex-Girlfriend (The CW), & Family Reunion (Netflix).

Dominique is also an established background vocalist, providing background vocals for Ray Parker Jr. (Ghostbusters Theme Song), Ninja Sex Party, The Shaken and Stirred documentary, The Identical film starring Ray Liotta and Ashley Judd, and more.
