The Dapper Brass brings energy, and class, to any event! We have variations to our size depending on the event type and venue size, but our core band consist of 5 amazing musicians. Our diverse and extensive repertoire includes funk tunes, pop tunes, americana, and jazz and new orleans tunes. Since we are all acoustic, we require very little set-up or amplification. Perfect for events without a well-equipped stage!

October 4, 2026The Dapper Band stopped by for our baby shower and it created just the most magical moment for us. They put together a 3 piece band for our front yard (I know they have a bigger band). Communication was excellent. Presentation was divine. DO NOT HESITATE TO BOOK THEM.

We love playing quirky events! Our planner, Joe, works with event planners to make sure that their ideas come off in the best way possible. This might mean arranging new songs, creating a "flash-mob", dressing as zombies (yes we have done that), or a thousand other things. The group is very malleable to what the particular events needs from us.
We started playing in Denver in 2022 with the simple vision of; "we need more New Orleans brass band music here". The Dapper Brass is now playing for parades, private parties, weddings, restaurants, bars, corporate retreats, concerts, and many other events all over Colorado. We are great at elevating the energy, or playing to the vibe of the room. Any crazy idea for an event is one that we want to be a part of!
We can play acoustically (no electricity needed), or with a small set of amps for solos and the tuba, or a full PA system so we can sing! It all depends on what the event needs.
