- Microphone: Preferred—headset microphone (over-ear or headband style, clipped near the ear) for hands-free movement. Lavalier (clip-on) or wireless handheld microphone also acceptable.

- Laptop or USB Connection: Joan can bring her own laptop or provide files in advance
