June 19, 2025We love having Amanda come to our library as part of our "Summer Reading/Discovery" programs.
We have been using Creature Teacher for more than eight years. As a former teacher, Amanda knows how to teach the children about the variety of animals that she brings to the programs. She always has interesting facts about the animals with a focus on the library theme for the summer, and allows the children to touch some of the animals. She is upbeat and relates to the kids and their parents as well. Her helper, Jed, is great and knows how to handle the animals. It is always fun to see the children's expressions when the animals are brought out. And the baby kangaroo is always the highlight of the show. Thank you, Amanda!

We are flexible, temperature for outside events as well as shading is important for us to maintain the safety of animals and participants.
We are known for having kangaroos at every event and most birthday parties! We strive to offer a variety of animals and can tailor them to suit your event and specific needs in most cases!
