We all want to be more productive in our work. The problem is, perfectionism causes us to get stuck. Truth is, most individuals (and organizations) are reluctant to give up perfectionism because they think it will reduce quality. But perfectionism is not our friend, and it can be stopped without sacrificing quality. Join Dr. Greg Chasson—Associate Professor at the University of Chicago, Clinical Psychologist, and decidedly imperfect human (just ask his wife)—for his engaging and powerful program. It sets the record straight about perfectionism and why it’s bad for productivity. It provides a practical roadmap for tackling perfectionism using innovative principles and strategies.
