The King of Classic Rock

The King of Classic Rock is an award-winning professional songwriter and lead guitarist, and just completed his 40th straight year of performing live. He's played electric lead in bands, but wanted to try something different and started producing solo acoustic albums He took sixth place in the Indie International Songwriting Contest and won the Indie Music Channel Radio Music Award, both for original instrumental songs. He also won Gibson/Epiphone’s Guitar Soloing contest at the House of Guitars in Rochester, NY. edging out the top spot from 320 contestants from 6 states. The King of Classic Rock has performed in well-known venues like Gussy’s Bar, CBGB’s (NYC); Proud Mary’s, Tennessee Avenue Beer Hall and The Boneyard (Atlantic City); the Trocedero, World Café Live, The Fire, Emerald City, Love Park, Boathouse Row (Philadelphia); Steel Stacks, Godfrey Daniels (Bethlehem, PA); and Crocodile Rock, Mayfair and the Lehigh Valley Zoo (Allentown, PA).

The most incredible thing about him is his seemingly endless energy. He still records and releases music under another name. He performs frequently and would absolutely love to bring the fruits of his latest labors to your stage! He's got a unique take on the acoustic solo act. Through his skillful use of a device called a looper pedal his one man act sounds like two well rehearsed guitarists with one on the rhythm guitar and the other on lead guitar at time during his performance, The nursing homes and retirement facilities are switching their music programs over to classic rock now and he wants to become the number one booked act for your group of residents,

And he's not new to this by any stretch of the imagination. Why? When he was younger he was fortunate enough to be booked on a music television show in Bennington, VT called, "In Tune." When he asked the host off air how do you make money with original music, the answer was, "you don't." The host then told him about another musician he knew booked nursing homes and retirement communities to make a little money as he toured acro9ss the states. The King of Classic Rock gave this a try at that time and ended up playing as many as 16 different places in one month at his busiest during this period. He went on to have a professional career for the next 20 or so years and it's still going. Only now the music he grew up with and cut his teeth on the guitar with are fashionable in the nursing homes and retirement communities. This sounds like a win - win type of situation. He keeps his fee affordable so you can enjoy this unique powerful one man guitar hero act.

Frank usually requires at least one outlet with a power strip. Some sort of stage or firm flooring is preferred if you want Frank to enhance his sound with a looper pedal.
