Performance Options & Placement
Ambient or Featured: Choose between continuous background music, a featured spotlight performance, or a hybrid setup (e.g., welcoming arriving guests, performing near refreshment lines, or filling a single room in a larger venue).
Sound & Amplification: Performers can plug into your pre-existing sound system (we recommend 2 or 4 microphones). For spaces with challenging acoustics, we offer free battery-operated wearable amplifiers upon request.
Movement & Location Changes
Carolers: Can move between locations during or between sets, provided all locations are within easy walking distance of their changing space. Please allow brief lulls while moving—carolers can perform 1–2 songs while walking.
Mingling Characters: Move freely throughout your space. They can alternate breaks with the carolers, introduce them, briefly sing along, or playfully heckle to match your event's vibe.
Schedule & Break Structure
Arrival: Performers arrive 30 minutes prior to the start time.
Break Intervals: For multi-hour bookings, carolers take a 20-minute break for every hour after the first. A standard 2-hour performance includes two 50-minute sets separated by a 20-minute break. Break timing can be customized to match your event schedule. 1 hour gigs are performed straight through, 1.5 hour gigs typically take a 15 minute break.
Space Requirements: We require a private changing space with restroom access (public restrooms are acceptable, but the changing area must be reserved exclusively for performers).
Deposit & Reservation Policy
Booking Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required within 14 days of booking to secure your date and performers.
