We offer waitstaff, bartenders, and personal chefs for special events such as graduations, reunions, funeral, or any other special occasions. We will be more than happy to follow your dietary restrictions, like vegan, gluten, and others. We are willing to serve New Braunfels and surrounding area. Message us and let us know what you're looking for and one of us will get back to you as quick as possible. We do require two people from our company at every event. Distances over fifty miles will be charged for traveling.

My husband and I had rented out a small studio space for our rehearsal dinner in East Austin. We hired The Celtic Brothers to help us with the set-up and tear-down of the event as well as help keep drinks replenished and just manage the scene all over.
Upon arrival, The Celtic Brothers were already there and had begun working on anything they figured they could do without us present. As soon as we got there, they had a few quick questions about set-up and from there got straight to work! They adjusted easily when I, at the last minute decided to change a few things.
During the event, The Celtic Brothers were most helpful! Always working discreetly and making sure that I and my husband were pleased with the outcome. We definitely were!
The only negative to the experience was due to a communication error. We had been under the impression that The Celtic Brothers could help us with refilling of wine glasses and keeping the beer iced down. But, they are not certified to do so and therefore we had to have a few friends and family members switch off behind the bar. No biggie at all! Our rehearsal dinner was casual and small and no one minded or even really knew about the miscommunication. Everyone was having a great time, and we would not have been able to pull it off without The Celtic Brothers!

We have TABC certified bartenders, however are required to have liquor liability insurance (naming the venue) when we are providing them. Looking through our messages we had only been asked to keep replenishing stock in coolers and not serving. If you need bartenders or any of our other services for any future events, we would love for you to consider us again.

The guys were great!! We hired them for our wedding and these guys went above and beyond to make sure the night went smoothly. After booking one of the first things we insist on doing is setting up a call, so we can introduce ourselves, ask any questions either of us might have, and get a communication schedule set up. We find that the communication schedule is extremely important when the events are more than a month away. Though we always try to answer any questions you or your client might have as soon as possible.
When we arrive at your event, we will find the client or event coordinator and make sure we are all on the same page. We believe in going beyond our clients expectations. While we were hired for their event, we also know that you could of chosen some other company, so we also feel it as an invitation to your event.
We always check with the client, coordinator, bride, or person of celebration before we leave the event.
We are a small business from New Braunfels, Tx. We decided to go into business for ourselves after we both worked for different corporate entities for several years. We both realized that they didn't look after their workers and only took care of the customer once the customer had become loud and angry enough. At Celtic Brothers, we want to make our servers, bartenders, and chefs our number one priority. Believing that when we do this, they can make you and your event their number one priority. Servers range from $13 through $18 per hour.
Bartenders range from $18 through $25 per hour.
Personal chef range from $28 through $40 per hour, plus cost of groceries.
Minimum of two workers required at all events.
