Dexter and “Big” Mike hold down the brass section, from trumpet to flugelhorn to trombone to anything else we can drag up on stage.
We’ve played with Larry Kimpel of Frankie Beverly & Maze, opened for The Spinners, appeared on television as a house band for David Tutera's Celebrations, and were even featured in a Converse shoe commercial (yes, they let us keep the shoes).
We’ve played at the legendary Clifton’s in Los Angeles, at the Los Angeles Mardi Gras Festival, the Solvang Jazz Festival, PGA West, Tommy Bahama’s, Agua Caliente, and more.
