Norman demonstrated excellent communication skills, punctuality and a genuine interest in understanding the needs and preferences for the event.
I gave him the setlist 6 days before the event, he was not familiar with the music BUT he delivered it the way we wanted it.
Overall experience: Hiring Norman was one of the best decision for our event.
