December 22, 2025Very nice people but what a disaster
This booking was a terribly disappointing experience for us. This booking was supposed to be the entertainment portion of our company holiday party with over 150 guests in attendance. Not only did they start 30 minutes late (!) which threw off the entire schedule of the party but they also arrived with 1 person dressed as the Grinch (who did not sing), one lady who told me she doesn't sing, one lady who was her daughter that DOES sing and 1 lady who sings dressed in an Elsa Frozen costume. We did not ask for these costumes. We had ordered a CAROLING GROUP - not two singers who when they started were so timid of voice you couldn't hear them AT ALL even when standing right in front of them, AND we gave them a microphone. The third lady said she could sing if it would help but that we hadn't paid for her to sing (!). In what world does a caroling group consist of only 2 people? We had our entire company there + the founders of the company and after a song we had to cut them off and ask them to finish because it quite frankly was mortifying and no one could hear anything. The lady who dressed as Elsa told one of my co workers after I asked them to stop that she didn't even know why she was there and she had just come from singing at a kids birthday party and got re routed to us hence why she was late and in an Elsa costume. Although the people were very nice, this experience was unprofessional, embarrassing for the team and not what we paid for. We therefore had no entertainment at our company holiday party. The people were very nice but if you have an important event, book with caution.

The Caroling Quartet is the most popular entertainment option we provide. Carolers sing beautiful four part harmony as they stroll among your guests or greet them as they enter. Carolers may also tell stories, play games, or lead a sing-along!
Carolers may be dressed in Dickens attire, holiday sweaters, or elegant all-black.
On a budget or in a tight space? The Caroling Trio helps save on cost and space. The harmonies aren't quite as sweet, but three singers in Dickens costume will still leave your guests talking about your event for the rest of the year.
NOEL NOIR Our hip and elegant black-tie take on Christmas caroling. Ideal for cocktail parties, corporate events, and upscale restaurants, Noel Noir adds a special ambiance to any refined event. Perfect for any party looking for a sexy, modern edge, these charismatic performers add Yule Tide flair.

We need to know ahead of time if there will be any outside performing, so the performers can layer under their costumes accordingly. All performances longer than an hour will include break(s) for the performers. Clients must provide free parking or parking reimbursement for all performers. Not all entertainment options are available in all ten of our regional markets. Characters are available in addition to or separately from our carolers.
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to finalize your booking, with the balance due on the day of the event.
Additional booking notes
Entertainers must be provided a safe, sturdy place to sit or stand, ample lighting, and a temperature between 50-78 degrees Fahrenheit. Entertainers may perform outside if sheltered from precipitation. Working heaters must be provided if the temperature is below 50 degrees. Entertainers must have a 10-minute break for every hour of service.
Microphones and sound system are not included in quotes but may be available for an extra fee. Inquire for options in your area.
