March 16, 2026What a fantastic band! Our event was a Mardi Gras themed event, and we had the Amanda Castro Band as a trio during our reception and then a 5-piece band during our evening entertainment. I can only imagine how great their even larger band would be! If you are on the fence about hiring them, just jump the fence and do it! They are so professional, so GOOD, so easy to work with. We loved how they mixed traditional New Orleans jazz with more contemporary music, keeping a jazz feel. It was so fun! Our attendees loved them, and if I ever have an opportunity to hire them again, I most definitely will.

July 17, 2017Could not have been more HAPPY with The Amanda Castro Band!
They were the perfect choice for my mom's Great Gatsby themed birthday celebration!
They were super easy to deal with and efficient setting up and breaking down!
Super talented singer and musicians!
They incorporated my requests into the set-list and sent their song list over so I could pick some of my faves!
Brought in all of their own sound equipment which made the experience very easy!
Definitely highly recommend them for parties and events...I will definitely use them again!
