Gina is a Transformation Strategist & Peak Performance Specialist who spent years honing her expertise in strategic planning, organizational administration, leadership and personal enrichment rising through the ranks in the private and public sectors becoming the Chief of Staff for one of the largest state agencies in Illinois. Gina is a Human Resource professional by trade with a Master of Business Administration and is a licensed Missionary.
Hiram the Speaker has over twenty years’ experience in state government as an Administrator. He is a licensed and ordained Minister and served as a Pastor for twenty years. Hiram has been an Adjunct Professor teaching Psychology for the last 10 years. Hiram has over ten years of knowledge and experience as an Employee Assistance Professional (EAP) Specialist, Fitness for Duty Coordinator and holds certificates in Critical Incident Stress Management.
Together, Hiram and Gina host the weekly T.H.A.T Life podcast discussing topics ranging from relationships, spirituality, education, career advancement and pop culture. Using strategy and the power of words.
Through T.H.A.T Life, they provide speaking, coaching, training and consultant services both individually and as a unit. They are looking to connect with decision makers who are searching to hire and book key note speakers, trainers and life coaches for upcoming retreats, conferences, or trainings.
