Depending on what your desire is I offer up sincere messages on Leadership with some levity and personal stories thrown in to keep people engaged and make them want to sit up in their seats. We also do workshops for more direct impact on the team and our newest option is a Luncheon Learn where I do my award winning BBQ and a workshop that drives home the message on purpose of personal growth and development while pinpointing purpose and passion.
I have been in business helping businesses since March 2015. Before that I worked with franchises in 38 different locations across the country. I found that all businesses have the same issues, and all businesses face the same challenges. It usually starts and ends with the people. In most cases, if there was better leadership in place, there would be more engagement from employees and less turnover as well. My goal is to help businesses close those gaps by offering careers over jobs and making people feel part of the team instead of being a cog in the machine.
We provide speaking engagements for education, workshops for more direct results and the newest angle is our Luncheon Lear where I do my award winning BBQ and then do a Leadership Workshop. These have been a huge success. The food brings everyone together and open to talking and the lessons close it out with a purpose for the betterment of the future.
