There is a reason that some speakers charge $500 for a keynote and others charge $50K (hint: inexpensive speakers aren't charging less than others out of the kindness of their hearts). The right speaker should be able to clearly articulate the value they bring and why they are worth what they charge.
3. How can they assure you that their performance will measure up to your expectations? It's easy to create an enticing persona online, but the right speaker should be able to back that up (hint: ask them to!).
