After my original violinist canceled 5 days before my wedding day due to a wrist injury, she recommended Tyler and I am so grateful she did! Tyler was responsive, friendly, had the most excellent customer service and he honored my quote from the previous violinist and even added a cello player! What to expect
Whether you book a solo performance or an ensemble of elite musicians, you can expect professionalism, efficient communication, and a musical experience tailored to make your moments memorable.
Wedding & Event Packages:
- Ceremony Package: Includes 30 minutes of prelude music as guests arrive, full live coverage of your ceremony (processionals, special moments, and recessional), and post-ceremony transition music as guests exit.
- Ceremony + Cocktail Hour Package: Billed at a competitive hourly rate to provide high-energy or elegant background music while your guests celebrate.
- Special Events: Fully equipped for corporate events, private parties, anniversary celebrations, church services, school programs, and memorial services.
Attire & Presentation
My default performance attire is formal black-tie or professional all-black (black suit, dress shirt, tie, and dress shoes). If your event calls for a specific dress code, color scheme, or thematic style, I am happy to adapt to meet your needs.

About
Tyler DeRon Baker began playing the violin in 3rd grade. As a graduate of Morehouse College (B.A. in Violin Performance, 2019), and currently in pursuit of a Master’s Degree in Music Education from Butler University, he blends elite classical technique with contemporary flair across a variety of genres.

In the instance of inclement weather, complete protection for delicate wooden instruments is required. String instruments cannot be exposed to rain, precipitation, or moisture under any circumstances. For outdoor events, complete cover under a sturdy tent, covered patio, or pavilion is required.
