What to expect

The audience can expect a lively bluegrass ensemble of whatever size fits the event! Taylor strives to bring connection and community to every event, and enhance the experience for all involved.

About

Taylor Shuck brings world-class musicianship, warm stage presence, and a distinctive blend of bluegrass, Americana, folk, and roots music to corporate events and private gatherings.

A Nashville-based singer-songwriter, banjoist, and multi-instrumentalist raised in Kentucky, Taylor has performed across three continents and appeared on stages including MerleFest, the Earl Scruggs Festival, Levon Helm Studios, Antone’s, and national television programs such as The Late Show with Stephen Colbert and The Kelly Clarkson Show. Their career includes touring and performing with acclaimed artists and groups including The War and Treaty, the Hackensaw Boys, and Greenwood Rye.

Taylor offers flexible entertainment options ranging from an intimate solo acoustic performance to a duo, trio, full bluegrass band, or custom ensemble tailored to the size and atmosphere of your event. Performances can provide engaging featured entertainment, sophisticated background music, or an energetic roots-music experience that brings guests together.

With professional communication, experienced musicians, and a commitment to serving the needs of each client, Taylor Shuck delivers memorable live music that feels authentic, polished, and perfectly suited to the occasion.

Additional booking notes

Taylor's outfit typically brings their own instruments and DI's. The sound system is generally provided by the event curators, as that keeps everything more flexible for Emcee'ing and anything else the event curators may need.
