Taye Courtney

I’m rising young talent born and bred out of Portland, OR. You may have seen me featured on the Helium Comedy studios album “Track Stars” on Siriusxm, Don’t Tell Comedy, Next Stop Comedy, the final round of “Vancouver’s Funniest Person 2026”, the semifinal round of “Portland’s Funniest Person 2026”, and comedy clubs all around the PNW. I have a high energy storytelling style, mixed with interesting observations of the world around me and sprinkle of improvisation that is sure to be a good time for all walks of life. I’ve performed at coffee shops, birthday parties and even strip clubs (I promise I was just doing comedy), so I promise your event is something I’m excited to add to the list!
