About

Ta3$ (pronounced tae money) is a 30 year old, independent hip-hop artist born in Danville, Virginia. He began writing his own material between the ages of 12-13. Even as a young aspiring Mc the content in his material was a reflection of his life.

Speaking on current situations and flowing with a "brag-n-boast" type of style, others could not help but to notice his unique craft. His solo grind began as he marked his first performance at the Coast 2 Coast: Industry Mixer in Charlotte, NC on May 8th, 2012 showcasing his talent and opening for major artists. Later, in the Fall of that same year, he would go on to release his debut solo album, "Global Warning" on November, 20th. A major milestone in his career, following the release 'Money' has been featured in Makin' It Magazine twice. A year later he continued to introduce new fans to his brand, distributing singles and performing at the A&R Showcase at Lotus Lounge in Greensboro, NC Oct. 27th, 2013. His single "Goin' Dumb" was filmed and released as the first official video from the album.

Currently booking paid shows in the east coast area, TA3$ is prepping for the release of his new mixtape which will be on livemixtapes and many other outlets. Returning to the grind, "Purple" officially released May 23, 2014 and the video was shot in 2015. The next single "That's What She Said" was released as an animated video and currently has 21,000 views on YouTube. His latest and maybe his best work yet, "Dat Paper" is the newest single to be released from the upcoming LMBD: mixtape.
