T-Oz was born in Compton, CA in the 1980's. T-Oz has always loved music since he was a baby but he fell in love with hip-hop upon viewing the LL Cool J "I'm bad" video and was in love ever since. The last born of six, grew up in a rough neighborhood in the west side of Compton and attended Compton High School where he played football and basketball. During his freshman year at Compton High School T-Oz wrote his first rap but it wasn't until he got into some trouble at the age of 20 that he decided to take it serious. He joined the group G-Line and wrote close to 200 songs and performed over 30 shows in late 2011. After going through more legal trouble he decide to go solo. Now, T-Oz is co-owner of Black Currency Inc. and is looking to make his mark in the industry.
