Retro, smooth, timeless. Sweet Something was created by vocalist and front-woman, Ariana Harbin, with the intention of bringing her favorite jazz tunes of yesteryear back to life. Expect to hear the great music of Billie Holiday, Ella Fitzgerald, Peggy Lee, Julie London and more during the band's performance. To the Sweet Something trio of piano, upright bass and chanteuse, we added the optional drummer to flesh out the sound and encourage dancing and were thrilled with the results. They are not only splendid musicians, but gracious and charming people, and all of the 60+ celebrants at our party (most in their sixties and seventies, but some in their early teens and even younger) were blown away. Sweet Something is really something.

Sweet Something delivered a stellar performance at my 50th birthday party held at the Strathmore, leaving the audience spellbound with their masterful renditions of classical jazz music.
