Hello, I create beautiful hand-cut Silhouettes created for your guests in minutes! Suitable for any theme, silhouettes are a gift your guests will appreciate for a lifetime. I travel extensively across the country for events. Sweet Silhouette is my company name. It takes approximately 1-2 minutes to cut a silhouette which will then be mounted on a decorative 5x7" board and inserted into a plastic sleeve. Also available is a Guest Book where duplicate silhouettes cut at the same time can be mounted. Guests are encouraged to write underneath their silhouettes. Although you requested a caricaturist, I hope you will consider having a Silhouettes as a unique and elegant alternative. Thank You!

Varin is a lifelong artist. As an exhibit designer for museums she came in contact with many historical art forms, including silhouettes. She was captivated with the timeless and endearing qualities that a silhouette can possess, and began to cut them herself, never dreaming that this could be her life's calling. Now, many years later, Varin is a well-known participant at public and private events across the country. She has cut silhouettes for Pixar Studios, Nike, Stitch Fix and at the Hollywood opening for Cinderella!

Silhouettes harken from a time before cameras. Only the wealthy could afford an oil painting and so silhouettes were know as a "Poor Man's Portrait." They were quick, and were often the only many could keep an image of their loved ones.
