As a marketing professional, she began as a content marketer and quickly expanded to include event management and ultimately, a focus on customer experience. Her experience as a marketing manager for international companies in the tourism, software, production and the wedding industries have shaped her perspective and passion for unique approaches to building sustainable practices for organizations. Patrika now helps organizations identify opportunities to empower their teams through sustainability that is actually sustainable.

Her musical background instilled a love for the stage from an early age, and naturally, as her career progressed, she began taking speaking roles and conferences and small workshop events. On stage, Patrika inspires audiences with unafraid approach and uses a balance of every day scenarios and humor to convey a resonating message.
