Mr. Kieffer who was Santa Claus for my house party on Dec. 21st 2025. His wife Nancy accompanied him. Mr. Kieffer was organized. At our first meeting he presented me with an outline of his agenda at my home. A few days before the party he contacted me to make sure everything was in order and that we both were on the same page regarding concerns that were discussed previously. I like that he allowed me to contact him if I had any questions. When I emailed him he responded quickly. I regret that I was given instructions that Mr. Kieffer would contact my husband when he arrived and when he did, we were so busy with our guests, we forgot. For that we apologize. Mr. Kieffer was true to his agenda. He was very interactive with the crowd and engaging. He didn't just stand in front of the crowd to present his program; he walked up and down, through the crowd. I heard them laughing and applauding. My party was for adults only, so he was not engaged with children. Would I hire him again? YES!! He is a very kind' soft spoken individual. His costume looked just like Santa and his wife had a beautiful Christmas patterned dress. They were on time; actually early and did not mind starting his program. after dark.

Sun City Santa traveled to Las Cruces to participate in our drive up giveaway event with individuals with disabilities. He was very gentle with them and walked car to car to see them. They enjoyed taking photos with him and not being pressured to get out of their cars but still able to pose with Santa. It was a nice outdoor event.

He truly made our moment unforgettable

Santa Jim was so sweet and great with the kids. Will definitely use him again in the future.
