Subsonic does all genres of music from Pop, to hip hop, to EDM, and everything in between. Subsonic does it all but our favorite to mix is EDM as it is more challenging than typical pop or hip hop would be. Subsonic will play the music out of our high quality powerful PA Speakers to ensure everyone can hear the crystal clear music. Subsonic buys the highest quality music files from iTunes or Beatport. We will travel to your event and arrive to set up between an 30 minutes to an hour before starting depending on the size of the party and the set up required. Subsonic will usually remain for about the same time to a little bit longer after the party to break down and clean up. Subsonic is a professional DJ Company based out of Berlin Connecticut and it consists of two (2) young, fun, reliable DJs ready and eager to tackle any gig you can throw at us. We love the Club Scene and spinning in clubs but we also love DJing parties and making sure everyone is having fun dancing. Subsonic was founded several years ago by two experienced DJs who were no longer satisfied with DJing as a hobby so we decided to take our talent and try to bring music to the world. So far everyone who has heard us DJ has been more than satisfied and Subsonic has done everything from 4th of July parties, to birthday parties, to club events. We typically use a Pioneer DDJ-SX, however we can use almost any kind of board from either Pioneer, Numark, Traktor, and even Denon. We have our own board which we could bring if need be. We also have our own speakers if absolutely needed but we expect that the places we are DJing have their own sound set up as well as lighting and other FX.
