We hired STYLUS DOWN to play our family reunion at Trinity resort outside of Mountainhome. They went all out to make sure that they had the right gear lights and production for our event and their performance was out of this world and had us all dancing, partying, and singing along! We’re definitely planning on having them back next year!

If you’re looking for a band that doesn’t just play a show but turns it into a full-on experience, Stylus Down is it! From the moment they hit the stage, the energy is contagious…you don’t just watch, you get pulled in! The crowd feeds off the band, and the band throws it right back, turning the whole night into a high-energy, singalong, dance-it-out kind of party!!
What really sets them apart is the musicianship. These guys are tight, polished, and clearly love what they do. The rhythm section hits hard, the guitars are dynamic, and the vocals are powerful and engaging. Add in their natural stage presence and ability to read a room, and you’ve got a band that knows how to keep things fun, flowing, and unforgettable from start to finish! We can’t wait to have them back next year!

What to expect
Provide customized music for any event! We provide Dynamic Performances by the band with audience interaction to include special song selections and special announcements, and any other special event needs. We can also mellow the show with an acoustic show as a four piece, 3 piece, or acoustic duo!
Our band is so versatile, we can pull off just about any request as long as you give us your list in advance of up to 5 special additional song requests to allow us ample time to prepare for your event.
We perform your choice of up to 3 / 45-minute sets, or 2/ 60 minute sets!
We can also perform 1 set opening acts as needed for other performers with backline set up in place and also can provide DJ music of pre selected songs for Weddings, and Corporate events leaving room for announcements, special reward moments, and smooth transitions!

Additional booking notes
Our set up takes from 45 minutes to 1.5 hours. We bring what is needed for each and every venue to be a success! We have our own PA, Speakers, Subs, Monitors, rugs, (Lighting Rack, Mounts and Backdrop, Curtains, lighting effects and ambiance lights) provided as needed and agreed upon.
Musicians bring their own amps depending on the space or need. We provide an equipment schematic and power requirements of our stage set up well in advance for a smooth set up and tear down.
We bring our own gear, chords, mics, amps, extra batteries. etc... and our setlist is digitized on cell phones or iPads. We can provide light kits if needed and prefer to know your space limitations and dimensions in advance to plan accordingly.

Influences and inspiration
Soooo many amazing influences have been a part of this band's journey. We all have so many various backgrounds with music! I love all kinds of music as the lead vocalist, however, this band kind of takes a bit of a departure from the traditional songs you'd think a girl needs to sing! I prefer to choose songs in my wide vocal range, however I also love the 70's era, think of Led Zeppelin, Cream Beatle’s, Eagles, then add some big hair from the 80's, Guns and Roses, Van Halen, Foreigner, Journey, Blondie, Pat Benatar, Joan Jet, and even some British Invasion, Tears for Fears, The Outfield etc.. and then you hit the 90's and think of Radiohead, STP and Chris Cornell! We do a little bit of everything including some country with Miranda Lambert and Carrie Underwood and some harder edge rock as well with Foo Fighters, Ozzy Ozborne, and A in C along with Offspring! Throughout any of our performances, we are aware of the audience mostly. What does your crowd want to hear!? We cater to that for each and every show!
Setup requirements
We have all the equipment we need to perform any live local performance! We just need a place to set up, plug in, and play!
