Streetlight Entertainment is a full-service live music company providing professional production for weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations. We deliver premium sound, lighting, and coordination for every performance, whether in a ballroom, outdoor venue, or festival setting.

Production & Sound
We can provide complete sound reinforcement and lighting packages for events of any size. All equipment is professional-grade and operated by experienced engineers who ensure consistent, high-quality sound and appropriate volume levels for your space. Our systems are fully scalable — from small indoor rooms to large outdoor setups.

If the venue provides in-house AV, our team will coordinate directly with staff to confirm compatibility, stage layout, and input needs before the event. Stage plots, input lists, and technical riders are available upon booking.

Load-In & Setup
Setup generally begins two to three hours before guest arrival. This allows for equipment load-in, stage setup, line check, and a full soundcheck to ensure a polished performance. Coordination with your planner or venue contact helps ensure the process runs smoothly and on time.

Outdoor Events
For outdoor performances, adequate weather protection (full cover) is required for all musicians, equipment, and power sources. Side and rear protection is recommended for wind or rain. Safe flooring or staging must be provided — grass or sand surfaces are not acceptable for band setups.

Power Requirements
Events requiring full sound and lighting should have dedicated electrical access for audio and lighting. A minimum of four separate 20-amp circuits is ideal for full-band setups. Power should be located within 25–50 feet of the performance area.

Team Coordination
Each event includes an assigned bandleader or production contact responsible for day-of coordination, setup communication, and event flow. We work closely with planners, coordinators, and AV teams to align timing, volume, and transitions.

Setup & Breakdown Time
• Small ensemble: 45–60 minutes setup
• 6–8 piece band: 90 minutes setup
• 10-piece band: up to 3 hours setup including soundcheck
• Breakdown typically requires 45–90 minutes post-performance
