Hi, my name is Breanna Waller, and I am the President and CEO of Strategic Innovations Group with a Master's in Business Administration and a concentration in Healthcare Administration. Three years ago, I experienced near death when I was placed on a ventilator for Covid complications three weeks into my recovery, presented with divorce paperwork, and moved myself and my two small children to a small apartment in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. It forced me to realize situations can change and blindside you when you least expect them to, and you must be ready to be resilient and adapt. I now know firsthand what it's like to be blindsided, and this is why I speak to leaders and business owners.

My goal is to help inspire change in thowwe think about leadership so that leaders can be more effective in their organizations and anticipate and minimize the impact the blindsides have on leaders and their organizations while sprinkling in relatable humor and storytelling to keep everyone excited about learning.
