For wedding ceremonies, we work with each couple to create the atmosphere they want, whether that means romantic and heartfelt, simple and intimate, traditional, Christian or faith-based, lighthearted, or completely personalized. We can assist with custom vows, ceremony wording, special traditions, and the overall flow of the ceremony so you feel comfortable and prepared on your wedding day.

We also offer support for elopements and micro-weddings, including help creating a beautiful celebration even when the guest list—or the budget—is small. We work with a wide range of budgets, from lavish weddings to very simple ceremonies, and focus on helping couples make the most of what they have without making the experience feel “budget.”

For couples who need more than an officiant, Storybook Vows can also help with intimate wedding planning and coordination, ceremony details, vendor coordination, décor concepts, and other personalized touches depending on the event.

Our bachelorette services are designed the same way: around the bride and the group. We can help create anything from an elegant dinner or relaxing girls’ celebration to a fun themed experience, activity-filled day, or full bachelorette itinerary.

Most importantly, clients can expect someone who listens. We want to understand your vision, your priorities, your personality, and your budget, then help create an experience that feels like it was made specifically for you.

For our planning clients, we also create a personalized private website where you can easily follow the progress of your event. You'll be able to see time spent on planning, your to-do list, completed tasks, and what has already been accomplished, giving you a clear and organized view of your wedding planning every step of the way.

Storybook Vows is a Florida wedding officiant and intimate wedding service created for couples who want their celebration to feel personal, meaningful, and beautifully their own.

We specialize in wedding officiating, elopements, micro-weddings, vow renewals, intimate ceremonies, and bachelorette celebrations. We work with a wide range of budgets because we believe a beautiful celebration should not depend on how much you spend. From elegant, full-scale weddings to meaningful celebrations created on a very modest budget, our focus is on making every experience feel special, thoughtful, and well put together.

Every couple has a different story, and we believe their ceremony should reflect it. We take the time to understand what matters to you, from the tone and style of your ceremony to meaningful traditions, personal vows, and faith-based elements when requested.

Storybook Vows proudly serves couples throughout Florida, with ceremonies available in both English and Spanish.

Storybook Vows has very few technical requirements, and most depend on the type and size of your event.

For officiant-only ceremonies and small elopements, we generally only need access to the ceremony location and the couple’s valid marriage license when applicable. For intimate ceremonies, additional sound equipment is usually not necessary.

For larger weddings, we recommend that the venue or DJ provide a wireless microphone and sound system so all guests can clearly hear the ceremony. If amplification is needed, we are happy to coordinate those details with your venue, DJ, or other vendors in advance.

For outdoor ceremonies, couples should have an appropriate weather plan in case of rain, extreme heat, strong winds, or other conditions that could affect the ceremony.

For weddings that include planning, coordination, décor, or setup services, we will discuss access times, vendor arrival times, setup and breakdown requirements, parking/loading access, venue restrictions, and any other logistical needs before the event.

For bachelorette celebrations, requirements vary based on the activities and location selected and will be discussed during planning.

Our goal is to make the process as easy as possible. We communicate with the couple and, when appropriate, the venue and vendors ahead of time so everyone understands what is needed before the event day.
