Steve Lawton was our opening keynote speaker at Uplevel Austin, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience.
Steve is the kind of speaker every event organizer hopes to work with: professional, prepared, engaging, and genuinely invested in the success of the event.
From the very beginning, Steve was incredibly easy to work with. He was proactive in communicating, making sure he understood our audience, confirming that his message aligned with the event, and ensuring everything fit within the allotted time. Since we were both local, he even took the time to visit the venue beforehand and walk through the space. That extra level of preparation really stood out to me.
On the day of the event, Steve arrived an hour early, professionally dressed and ready to go. He was personable, prepared, and an absolute pleasure to work with.
