I play trumpet, flugelhorn and flute. I studied classically in college and have played every style from classical to jazz. Playing flute as well as trumpet, I am very comfortable playing any type of music for ceremonial events.

May 12, 2010We have heard Steve play, jazz, classical, dixie, big band, rock, you name it from Florida to Cape Cod. From The Palm Beach Pops to The Gold Coast Jazz Society, to wedding ceremonies. He can do it all. He is not only the smoothest most talented trumpet, flugelhorn AND flute player, but one of the nicest person you could ever meet. He is FABULOUS, and we have heard them all. He is the BEST!!

His talent allows him to play with small groups to large orchestrations without losing his individuality and specific contributions. I do not book music through my business, but I certainly get to listen to a lot and when I see that Steve is involved, I know it is something I will want to hear.

Steve has traveled extensively performing with such greats as Aretha Franklin, Manhattan Transfer, Liberace, Tito Puente, the Four Tops, The Temptations, Frank Sinatra Jr. Michael Feinstein and many others. He also has had the distinction of being the opening Trumpet Soloist for Tony Bennett throughout various Florida theaters. He was the trumpet soloist for the Boca Raton Pops for 20 years, The Palm Beach Pops for 10 years and has performed for four presidents.
He has recorded on 30 albums. “At Last”, Steve’s solo CD, received national acclaim on which he performs on flugelhorn and flute as well as trumpet. Classically trained, Steve’s range of musical styles include Jazz, Dixieland, Big Band, Rock, and R&B.
Steve summers on Cape Cod staying busy in the Northeast playing venues in Newport, Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard, and Boston.
