Stephanie Wright is an accomplished vocalist with experience in an array of musical genres including opera, musical theater, jazz, liturgical music, and cross-over. She is the soprano section leader of the choir at Mission Basilica San Juan Capistrano, sings with The Orange County Women's Chorus, and is the soprano of the vocal trio InHarmony. She currently serves as the soprano section leader of the Mixed Ensemble at Mission Basilica San Juan Capistrano, sings with The Orange County Women's Chorus, and is the soprano of the vocal trio InHarmony.
Stephanie maintains a busy schedule singing at weddings, funerals, and special events, teaching private voice and piano lessons, songwriting, and recording and releasing music. She received her B.A. in Music from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo where she studied vocal performance with renowned mezzo-soprano Jacalyn Kreitzer.
In 2021, she released her debut album, Once Upon a Song, an EP of original jazz arrangements of Disney songs which is available to listen/stream/download on all streaming services.
Stephanie also released her first original song, "The World in You," a jazzy love song dedicated to her husband, which has amassed nearly 400,000 organic streams.
She currently lives in Orange County with her husband and two fur babies, Penelope and Hamilton. Apart from music, she loves to travel and has visited over 40 countries.
