Sam McCoy | Elevated Coastal Music
Experience a sophisticated "Sound of the Islands" from a College of Charleston music faculty member. Specializing in Elevated Coastal Music, I provide a melodic blend of Brazilian Bossa Nova, Jazz standards, and Caribbean favorites tailored for luxury atmospheres. A resident performer at Omni Hilton Head, Sonesta, and Montage Palmetto Bluff, I offer solo, duo, and trio options designed to be volume-conscious and conversation-friendly. From upscale weddings to corporate galas, I bring professional artistry and a refined tropical aesthetic to the Lowcountry’s premier venues.

May 16, 2026Sam was super reliable and communicative from the start of booking to the event. He did an excellent job playing at my son and future daughter in law’s welcome party. He arrived early and was ready to play at the correct time. We had many people compliment the music. It added a nice island vibe to our event. Thank you Sam!
